Hello Reader,


This is going to be a short blog just to let you know what to look forward to. The next blog coming out is going to be around how our mind tends to be inaccurate and unhealthy. After that, I’ll be writing about the four aspects of life we need to learn to accept to be in a better mental space. Then we’ll dive more into trauma, distorted thought patterns, self-care and more.
