Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach consists of three stages: 1) Understanding 2) Managing 3) Growing

1) Understanding: The first step in healing is to understand. It becomes therapeutic to understand ourselves on a deeper level including our thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, behaviors, biologically, culturally and systematically. Through understanding, we can then become aware of what and how to make changes to give us the space that is needed to heal.

2) Managing: Working hand-in-hand with my clients is important when addressing mental health goals. Learning, practicing and managing these new mental health skills helps grow from the past and start taking action toward healing for the future.

3) Growing: Time to grow! In this final stage of therapy, we work toward creating a "future-self". This means practicing setting healthy intentions and living according to your values.
